About Elizabeth Crabtree

Elisabeth Crabtree is a teacher and EQ curriculum specialist who is passionate about taking mental and emotional health concepts and unpacking them so that students both young and old can understand. Her key focus is to take difficult concepts and find ways to make them practical and hands-on to facilitate high student engagement and learning. She has her bachelor’s degree in Christian Education and has taught a variety of grade levels in multigrade situations between Kindergarten and 8th grade. In addition to her degree in education, Elisabeth has extensively studied about the brain and mental health in her free time. For the past two years, she has focused on curriculum development playing a primary role in the development of the GoEQTM curriculum in partnership with Nedley Health. When she is not working, she enjoys playing Scottish fiddle music, gardening, and exploring national parks with her husband Nathan.
